Observed container of chicken wings and container of diced chicken in glass front refrigerator in kitchen at 47-49*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. Both product were embargoed and discarded at time of site visit. Advised staff to monitor cold hold temperatures during the day using a metal stem thermometer.
