-- Hand sink near office (1 of 2 available in kitchen )had no soap available for hand washing. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Per person in charge (PIC) no additional soap available for dispenser until shipment is received on 3/25/25. A re-inspection will be conducted on 3/25/25 to ensure the establishment has sufficient soap available for handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

The PIC stated they will increase cleaning frequency. Per FDA Food Code, Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food such as iced tea dispensers, carbonated beverage dispenser nozzles, beverage dispensing circuits or lines, water vending equipment, coffee bean grinders, ice makers, and ice bins must be cleaned on a routine basis to prevent the development of slime, mold, or soil residues that may contribute to an accumulation of microorganisms Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
