Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Dishware submerged in quaternary sanitizer at the 3 comp sink for less than 10 seconds. Manager had employee re-sanitize the dishware for the proper time of at least one minute, per label. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using quaternary ammonia must be sanitized with a contact time according to manufacturers specifications.
