Observed a steady leak from the 3 comp sink drain line at the points of two different connections. Observed a steady stream of water from the drain lines onto the flooring. Observe the drain line stored below the flood rim of the floor sink. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Trim drain line 1" above the floor sink prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
