Observed hose with spray nozzle attached to mop sink equipped with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at the faucet. Spray nozzle was installed downstream of the AVB with the system under full pressure. Sink was turned off and sprayer was disconnected at time. Please ensure only approved plumbing systems are installed, and AVB devices are not submit to constant pressure and abuse. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
