Inspector's notes

Cooked pasta, cut tomatoes, and cheese in prep top cooler near pizza oven measured 48-56 degrees F. Ambient temperature of cooler measured 50 degrees F with min/max thermometer. Items had been stocked in the last hour and were moved to walk-in cooler, and service call was placed at time. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety food items are maintained at 41 degrees F or below when cold holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
