Observed employee sleeping on sleeping cot located in dry storage room in back of establishment. Per person in charge (PIC), sleeping cot in dry storage room is used by employees intermittently as sleeping quarters to connect the late-night closing shift to the morning opening shift. Living or sleeping quarters located on the premises of a food establishment such as those provided for lodging registration clerks or resident managers shall be separated from rooms and areas used for food establishment operations by complete partitioning and solid self-closing doors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
