Observed hand sinks get up to 85F at all hand sinks, mop sink and 3 compartment sink. Talked to manager about hot water policy. Ensure there is hot water at 100F or above at all sinks in the facility. Will do a re-inspection within 24 hours to check for hot water. Send a picture of obtained hot water if present. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours. Re-inspection on 6-5-25 in the afternoon. Manager here said they had a plumber out, ordered a part and its on its way. Hope to install soon. Facility is only roasting nuts as part of their E and D permit. no hot dog machine for the last year. As per supervisor, no need to suspend permit at this time. Talked to staff about sending picture of obtained hot water when work is complete. Ensure that hot water of 100F and above is present at all sinks at all times. Visited site on 6-18-25. Facility has hot water within 45 seconds at furthest sink from the water heater. All corrected. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
