Observed 3 compartment sink set up at 50 ppm quat santiizer. Talked to staff about sanitizer, and changed to a new container, and tripling the sanitizer in each basin. Ensure that quat sanitizer is set at 150-400 ppm at each use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
