Observed person in charge (PIC) with no Certified Food Protection Manager certificate at time of inspection. PIC has CFPM certificate on file, but did not have the certificate on site at time of inspection. Spoke with PIC about importance of having CFPM certificate on site at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
