Observed hot water present at all hand sink, except the one that is the most eastern in the facility. Got the water temperature up to 89F. Talked to manager about the requirements. Ensure that all hand sinks are set at at least 100F. Will re-inspect within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
