Observed employee going from credit card machine, to touching clean dishes to put away after the dishwashing station. Observed employee picking up a french fry from the ground and proceeding to continue to work with fries fries and assembly sandwiches station. Talked to maanger about handwashing policy, and had employee immediately hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the facility. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no hot water at the front hand sink. Manager said the handle is broken, and not working. Manager said it has been a problem for about 2 weeks. Ensure there is working hot (above 100F) and cold water present at each hand sink at all times. Facility was able to show a work order that said it would be corrected by May 2026. Ensure the correction happens within 10 days. Re-inspection will occur after 10 days.
