Establishment uses quat sanitizer for all warewashing of food contact surfaces. Manager unable to locate quat test strips for monitoring sanitizer solution concentration. Inspector provided quat test strips at time of inspection. Recommended ordering additional quat test strip packets as back up for daily monitoring of sanitizer solution. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
