At start of inspection, unleashed nonservice animal roaming in prep area and sitting area. Per employee, dog is her pet. Employee re-located dog out of establishment. (A) live animals may not be allowed on the PREMISES of a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. The definition for "service animal" is adapted from 28 CFR 36.104 adopted pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.). A service animal performs some of the functions that persons with a disability cannot perform for themselves, such as those provided by "seeing eye dogs"; alerting persons with hearing impairments to sounds; pulling wheelchairs or carrying and picking up things for persons with mobility impairments; and assisting persons with mobility impairments with balance. A service animal is not considered to be a pet. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Second Consecutive Violation. At in use 3-compartment sink, at dishware surfaces, employee soaking dishware in quat sanitizer solution <10 seconds. Per manufacture guidelines, food contact surfaces are to soak in quat sanitizer solution minimum 60 seconds. Employee moved dishware back to sanitizer solution for proper contact time. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using quaternary ammonia must be sanitized with a contact time according to manufacturers specifications. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In storage room on shelf, several cans of roach spray and hornet spray. Instructed person in charge to remove all bug spray from establishment. All pest control for the establishment is to be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite.
