Inspector's notes

Observed deli sliced ham, cooked chicken breasts, and sliced tomatoes ranging from 46*F to 51*F in the top right section of the make-line unit. Ambient temperature of the unit was 42.6*F using min/max thermometer. Person in charge stated the food items were placed in the unit approximately two hours prior to inspection from the walk-in. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
