The hose at the mop sink was connected and the hose was sitting in the base of the mop sink. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that hoses need to be disconnected when not in use, or they need to be kept up, out of the basin to prevent contamination. PIC wrapped the hose back up on its holder at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The light in the walk-in cooler is not working properly. There is not enough light to see what is being stored unless the door is left open. Changing out the bulb did not fix the issue. Person in charge (PIC) stated they will have the light looked at. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
