Observed facility is using felt pads for pressing dough at the dough machine. Talked to manager about cleanability of food surfaces. Ensure that food touching surfaces are clean and not capable of linen fibers coming off onto the pizza. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will re-inspect within 3 days. During re-inspection on 9-25-25, facility provided paperwork on their dough press with the carpet/felt material. Management has said they are getting new equipment to replace it.
