Inspector's notes

Observed containers of Advil, Pepto, and anti-acids being stored above bags of snack mix, gummy candy, and different snack cakes. Informed PIC that medicine should be stored away from food to prevent contamination. PIC relocated all medicine and properly stored them at time of inspection. All medicines must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All medicines were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: Observed a can of Raid bee and wasp spray in the back stock room. Informed PIC that insecticide is not allowed to be stored on the premises and if they need pest control services, it need to be performed by a certified applicator. PIC removed the can from the premises at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
