At time of inspection, observed empty paper towel dispensers at each hand washing sink. Per PIC the facility was out of paper towels at time of inspection and they were awaiting a delivery. Educated PIC that proper hand drying provisions must be provided at each hand washing sink within the facility. Observed rolls of paper towels on a high shelf in the back storage area and instructed PIC to provide hand drying provision for handwash sinks at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a Y-valve downstream from an AVB. Educated PIC that all shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
