Observed a blender and parts inside the handwashing sink near entrance. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Employee are likely to practice good hand hygiene when handwashing sinks are not obstructed and are supplied with soap and paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Employees working with exposed food shall work with gloves if wearing fingernail polish or artificial nails to reduce the risk of contamination by hand. Requested employee wear gloves prior to continuing food handling.
