Provided PIC with guidance on cleaning up vomiting and diarrheal events via email.At time of inspection, discussed cleaning frequency for blenders in contact with TCS cut watermelon and cut leafy greens with the PIC to be washed, rinsed and sanitized every 4 hours.Discussed proper drainage of tubbing leading from the ice well to the floor drain with the person in charge.
