Observed a container of pesticide that was being used to prop open the bathroom door. Discussed with person in charge that pesticides can only be applied by a certified pest control specialist. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

#21 — Proper Hot Holding TemperaturesPriority3-501.16

Inspector's notes

Observed corn off the cob that was hot holding in a pot on top of a hot plate according to the person in charge. The internal temperature of the corn as measured using a probe thermometer was holding at 127°F. According to the person in charge, the corn had been in the unit for approximately 45 minutes. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
