Inspector's notes
Observed a spray bottle of quat sanitizer that was testing below the 150-400 parts per million concentration needed for quat sanitizer. According to the person in charge, the sanitizer had been prepared in the early morning and more than 4 hours had elapsed since the sanitizer was prepared at time of inspection. Person in charge prepared a new sanitizer solution and the sanitizer solution was tested with testing strips and the testing strips indicated that the sanitizer solution was within the appropriate range of 150-400 parts per million for the quat sanitizer. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
