Observed wooden table that flat top griddle sits on. Wood rack has deteriorated and there is accumulation of grease and food pieces under. Clean more frequently repair/ replace wood to provide smooth, easy to clean surface. Manager stated that there is a work order to replace/ repair wood table.

Reach-in cooler near cooking equipment in front had the following TCS items measuring an internal temperature of 47-52: diced ham, diced potatoes, raw shell eggs, salsas, and cheese. Food had been in cooler < 4 hours prior. Person in charge instructed staff to move items to walk-in cooler. Ambient air temperature measured 51'F with min/max thermometer. Person in charge placed a work order for cooler. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
