Observed hand wash sinks and three bay sinks with cold water but no hot water available. Person in charge states that electrical problem is preventing the water heater from being functional and will be fixed next week. Discussed with person in charge about boiling water to wash hands and equipment of which they agreed they will be doing till electrical is fixed.

Observed multiple species of dead and live roaches located in the water filtration room where the three compartment sink is and on the floor of the meat cutting room. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Maintain all pest control receipts for verification of services provided. Reinspection to occur on or before 8/29/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
