Mens restroom has walls in disrepair. Currently there is missing drywall under the urinal and behind the toilet where a piece of unfinished wood is covering the wall. Repair all walls so that they are smooth and easily cleanable. Also observed bare wood ice bucket stand in bar. Seal wood or paint with semi-gloss or cleanable paint. Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed black matter growth and under three bay sink and sticky residue around soda gun spray. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
