Observed low boy cooler in server pantry that measured 47*F with inspector min/max thermometer. Cooler contained milk. Chef moved milk back to walk-in cooler to bring back down to temperature. Discussed with Chef that all TCS items should be maintained at 41*F or below when cold holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
