Soda nozzles with accumulation of dark colored residues. Per manager, nozzles are warewashed every evening. At time of inspection, soda nozzles were cleaned. Recommended new soda nozzles and/or new soda dispensing machine. (4) In EQUIPMENT such as ice bins and BEVERAGE dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of EQUIPMENT such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, BEVERAGE and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending EQUIPMENT: (a) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or (b) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. In walk in cooler, two containers of raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat cakes. Containers of raw shell eggs were moved to bottom shelf to prevent future cross contamination. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination.
