observed salsa green (salsa Verde ) label was changed from shipping discard 7-11 to at the store printed label 11-7-2025. discussed with staff and manager to ensure the prepackaged food labels are kept consistent with the shipping tags. also salsa de chili arbol, discard date labels were printed at the store 9-29-2025, however, the shipping imprint was discard date 8-28-2025. manager removed all. proper relabel at the time of inspection.
