Observed raw chicken being stored on shelf above pork and beef on display rack. Additionally, a large case of raw chicken was being stored on top of mayonnaise, imitation crab, and raw pork in walk-in cooler. Raw chicken was moved to a safe location in both areas. Please ensure all raw animal product is stored safely and in a way that cannot contaminate ready to eat food items, or raw products with lower minimum cooking temperatures. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
