Inspector's notes

Observed raw mushrooms stuffed with yellow cheese and some of the packages with a pat of real butter that says keep refrigerated cold holding over stacked in a portion of the produce cold case at internal temperature of 49-51 deg F. Manager informed the food items had been in case since the night prior and removed from retail cold case to discard. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
