Inspector's notes
Individually packaged milk containers at 52°F in the under-counter unit across from the ordering counter. Temperature was verified by the person in charge (PIC) using the establishment's thermometer, which was calibrated immediately prior by the PIC. The temperature log indicated that this unit was holding at 34°F at 8:45am the morning of the inspection. The establishment has sufficient other refrigeration. The milk was moved to the walk-in refrigerator to cool to 41°F (After 30 minutes the milk had cooled to 46°F) Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
