Inspector's notes
Observed 3 chemical spray bottles containing purple and clear liquids without any identifying labels on the spray bottle. Per PIC, the chemical spray bottles contain degreaser and sanitizer. PIC labeled the bottle at the time of inspection with the common name of the chemical. Discussed the importance of properly labeling all working containers containing chemicals with the common name of the chemical. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed cold-water handle of the main hand sink located on the prep line to be broken or missing at time of inspection. Per PIC, the handle fell off recently, and they have filed a work order to complete repairs. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
