Observed no cold water under pressure at the handwashing sink across from the grill at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 5/7/2026.

As per employee, the food items were prepared today and placed in the prep table for service. The internal temperature range at time was 51-53F. The staff should not be covering food items, that are actively cooling; until after the food has reached 41F or below. Once the proper temperature of 41F or below is achieved, the food item can be covered. Employee removed plastic wrapping from the cut tomatoes, and moved to walk-in to continue cooling to 41F or below. Food must be cooled, when prepared at room temperature, within 4 hours to cold holding temperature of 41F or below Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
