Observed unapproved perfect parfait yogurt dispensing machine. Equipment did not have an NSF label or equivalent stamp of approval at time of inspection. Yogurt dispensing tube is not easy for cleaning. Please provide documentation of machine discontinue use until more information is obtained. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed left over sausages and bacon dated 3/23 in reach-in cooler. All TCS foods are served daily and use time as a control for food safety. Food must be discarded at the end of breakfast. PIC, discarded food at time of inspection. Reviewed time as a control policy with employee and stated they will enforce policy moving forward.
