Inspector's notes
Observed drain below the food prep sink was backed up and not draining. Staff was called and was able to remove a drain grate and get it draining again. Manager said they will add a strainer to the basin, and there usually is a strainer in the floor drain, but it was missing. Ensure that sewage is properly going down floor drains, and not coming up. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
