Observed food employee cutting pizza with a pizza slicer. Employee had two exposed bandages on their hand used to cut pizza. If used, an impermeable cover such as a bandage, finger cot or finger stall located on the wrist, hand or finger of a FOOD EMPLOYEE working with exposed FOOD shall be covered with a single-use glove. PIC stated they did not have single use gloves on site and PIC asked employee with exposed bandages to work on a task unrelated to open food at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
