Observed 7 containers of lettuce and one container of sliced tomatoes ranging from 45*F to 49*F in the reach-in unit next to the fryer. Ambient temperature was 45.3*F using min/max thermometer. PIC stated the items were prepared this morning and placed in the unit more than 4 hours prior to inspection. Also, observed cream (45*F) in the cream dispenser in the corner. PIC stated the creamer was placed in the unit this morning more than four hours prior to inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
