Observed no functional hand soap at hand sink by sandwich prep cooler. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection will occur on 9/25/26.

Observed TCS items in sandwich prep cooler at temperatures between 48.4°F and 54.7ºF. PIC states all items had been in prep cooler overnight and no temperatures had been taken day of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the soda nozzles for light/clear colored syrups in the lobby fountain drink station having a build up of brown syrup. Person in charge states they clean the nozzles daily but will scrub them better. Discussed the importance of scrubbing the nozzles frequently to knock off any build up. Observed cooked mushrooms cooling in a prep cooler and having a lid on. Cooked mushrooms were still in the appropriate time/temperature for cooling at the time of inspection. TCS foods must be cooled in: uncovered/loosely covered, shallow containers less than 4 inches deep, in equipment designed to rapidly cool, by using an ice bath, by using ice as an ingredient, or another effective means. All TCS foods cooling were uncovered and moved to the walk in cooler to allow for rapid cooling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
