Equipment Inspection - E&D Class 3 - Coffee Shop and Kitchen.This inspection was conducted with the on site construction managers. Provide a sneeze guard with side panels for protection of all exposed food and beverage production along customer serving counters.2. Ensure that there are separate indirect drain pipes that empty into floor sinks with minimum 1 in. air-gaps for soda fountain ice bins and soda fountain waste. The waste drain pipes and the ice bin drain pipes must not connect to each other before draining into the floor sinks.3. The floor inside the water heater room must be finished to be waterproof, smooth and easily cleanable.5. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall and floor/cabinet junctures throughout the front service area and water heater room.6. Provide a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish to any exposed bare wood on the underside of countertops.7. Provide ASSE 1022 backflow prevention devices for the water lines to the espresso machines.No county legal action will result from this inspection.
