No paper towels (or other approved hand drying device) were available at the handwashing station near the warewashing area and the handwashing station near the end of the cook line (near the oven). The paper towel dispensers were refilled at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. PIC stated the purees were placed in the cabinet above 135*F about 1-1.5 hours ago. PIC decided to reheat them. The purees were reheated above 135*F during the inspection in about 10 minutes. PIC placed the purees back into the hot holding unit. Other items in the hot holding unit were above 135*F and the unit's ambient temperature was also above 135*F.
