Observed ice scoop kept inside ice machine at the drive-thru with handle in contact with the ice. In-use utensils may not be stored in ice between uses in order to prevent cross contamination. PIC moved ice scoop to clean container outside of ice machine at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed pre-portioned ranch, cilantro, and Caesar dressings ranging from 48*F to 50*F using probe thermometer - verified by person in charge located in the mini refrigerator at front counter. Person in charge did a temperature check at 10:00 am and the temperature was below 41*F, time of inspection was approximately 12:45 pm. Ambient temperature was 53.6*F using min/max thermometer. Person in charge relocated the dressings to the walk-in to rapid cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.Calibrated thermometer.According to PIC, the breaker to the walk-in cooler was not supplying power for a short amount of time. Themaximum amount of time without power to the walk-in was around an hour. Once PIC found that the breaker hadtripped, power was restored and bags of ice were placed on top of food in the walk-in. TCS food temperatures at41F or less during the inspection and the walk-in cooler reached an ambient temperature of 42.5F, min/max thermometer. Discussed repairing/replacing the breaker. Also discussed closing the establishment in the event of an imminent health hazard such as, insufficient refrigeration, power/water outage, sewage back-up etc.No County legal action will result from this inspection.The inspection report was emailed and confirmed during the inspection.The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months.
