Observed the soda nozzle holder to be filled with red residue and circular tan colored debris. Informed PIC that the nozzles, holder, and drain must be kept clean. PIC cleaned to nozzle holders and drain lines at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
