Prior to next routine inspection, have backflow device serviced by a plumber or backflow specialist to ensure backflow device is in good repair. // Discussed cleaning floor drain in ice cream room and obtaining drain cover to prevent large debris from clogging drain. // Discussed that prep sink is only to be used for cleaning vegetables and other food prep activities. Prep sink is not to be used as a hand sink. Hands must only be washed in designated hand sinks to prevent spread of pathogens.
