the facility has a smaller ice machine, directly on the left side of the back food prep. 3 compartment basins. noted lids missing. per manager lids was cracked and discarded. awaiting new lids to be arrived and installed please ensure the new ice machine material is smooth, and easily cleanable. manager covered the front panel with food bag till new part arrived.
