observed trays of lasagna and on manicotti rolls in the walk-in cooler. per manager prepared on last Sunday. Mcesd use by date marking requirement reviewed. manager provided a use by date to food pans. mcesd use by date guidance stickers provided to facility manager. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.18 - Priority: Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Disposition.
