observed in the grill area, pans of tcs food such as chopped ham, portioned cooked beef. pans overfilled. temperatures indicating 52-53 deg f . notified kitchen staff. suggested not to overfill food pans. please keep excess tcs food in the walk-in cooler till needed. also recommended to keep cooler lids closed. manager removed additional food. please ensure tcs food is kept at 41 deg f .
