Do not use the reach in unit for TCS foods until repaired. :

Observed the sanitizer basin of the 3 comp sink tested at 0ppm for QAT sanitizer. Sanitizer must test between 200ppm and 400ppm to properly sanitize wares. Reviewed sanitizer use and testing with PIC. Sanitizer water should be changed at least every 4 hours. THE pic refilled the basin with the proper concentration of QAT sanitizer.
