Inspector's notes

Observed melted cheese, chili (with beans and ground beef) with an internal temperature between 61-118F being stored in heating units on the counter near the front of establishment. Per PIC, the food was placed into the container a few minutes prior (<10 minutes). All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrected at time of inspection.
