Final Construction inspection conducted with site superintendent Yamidek D. Construction completed and approved. ***Water line at front of the house will not be connected to any equipment, hoses, or sprayers. Contact MCESD if there will be any future connections to this water line as a proper backflow device may be required. Equipment inspection conducted with Site Superintendent Yamider D. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 90% complete. Inspection report was emailed to Yamider D.Correct the following items prior to final inspection:1) Silicone the right side of the prep sink and 3-compartment sink.2) Provide an ASSE 1015 double check valve backflow preventer for the water line stub out at the front of house if any attachments will be connected.3) Provide an ASSE 1055 A (true air gap) for the chemical dispensers. Current air gap is not approved.4) Establishment is waiting on additional cold holding equipment. Ensure all cold holding equipment is turned on and has an ambient air temperature of 41’F or below.5) Trim all drain line at the mop sink basin. Ensure all drain lines have a 1-inch air gap.6) Paint the substrate underneath the cabinets of the soda tower. Provide a semi/high gloss paint light in color.7) Provide FRP on the bottom of the cabinets below the plumbing/water lines for the soda tower. Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 526-0917 for a final inspection at 100% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection.
